Frequency Synthesizer Models FS-1141/1341

Models FS-1141 & FS-1341, ranging from 1MHz to 1.6GHz/3.2GHz, offer 1ms ultra high speed change-over in both frequency and output level. These features useful for automated testing of devices used in semi-micro wave band for mobile communications and digital broadcasting.

  
Features
 
  • Fast switching time at frequency of 1ms.

  • High resolution and continuously changeable frequency, Whole frequency range can be set in 0.1Hz. 

  • Output level changeable in 0.1dB step With the installation of optional output unit FF-702, the output level can be manually or remotely set in 0.1dB steps.

  •  Output level also changeable at frequency of 1ms Semi permanent life attained with use of semiconductor relay for change-over device. 

  • Semi-automated output by memory function Up to 100 steps of frequency, output voltage & level with optional output unit FF-702 storable at 6 different program area and recalled in turn by panel key operation. 

  • GP-IB controllable Externally controllable with GP-IB interface GP-07F.

  • Isolated BCD interface provided as an option. It permits to set frequency and output level speedily and externally, also enables isolation against externally controlled instrument.

  • Wide measuring range from ultra low density ug/l to high concentration mg/l.
